RESULTS & TESTING
Different kinds of evidence answer different questions.
Explore water-test reports, case studies, field observations, patents and other supporting documentation, with each type of evidence presented separately.
HOW TO READ THE EVIDENCE
Each source should be understood by what it actually shows, what it does not show, and whether the result applies only to a specific pool or test condition.
Manufacturer
Explains how Fusion44X is described, installed and maintained by the company.
Documentation
Document patented subject matter, but a patent does not by itself establish product performance.
Field
Show what happened in specific pools under specific conditions.
Testing
Review the stated scope, test method, result and limitations of the underlying documentation.
ROUTINE WATER TESTS
Routine pool-water tests can help show measured conditions for an individual installation.
Useful reports identify the pool, date, testing context and reported values so the reader can understand what was measured.
A single report shows that specific pool under those conditions. It does not establish that every Fusion44X pool will produce the same result.

CASE STUDIES
A case study is most useful when it identifies the pool setup, what was installed, the operating context, what was measured or observed, and the time period involved.
Homeowner experiences, installer observations and measured results should be clearly identified as different types of information.
Individual case studies provide examples, not universal outcomes.
CUSTOMER & FIELD EXPERIENCE
A homeowner can describe what they noticed or experienced, but the statement remains an individual experience.
A pool professional may report field observations from a specific installation, but those observations should be attributed and contextualized.
A documented measurement should identify the test method, date and relevant conditions when available.
PATENTS
Patents document patented subject matter. A patent does not by itself establish how a product performs in a residential pool.

INDEPENDENT LABORATORY TESTING
Independent laboratory testing can help answer specific technical questions. When published, the supporting information should identify what was tested, the test method, conditions, results and limitations.
A laboratory result only supports the scope of the test that was actually performed.
Any organism, pathogen, efficacy or regulatory information should be read together with the supporting documentation.
REGULATORY & CERTIFICATION INFORMATION
Regulatory and certification information should be listed separately from patents, customer experiences and field results.
The agency, certification body or program should be clearly identified.
Review what the approval, registration or certification actually applies to.
Where available, review the underlying current document.
EVIDENCE & CLAIMS NOTICE
Fusion44X distinguishes manufacturer information, patents, customer experiences, field observations, case studies, routine water-test results, independent laboratory testing and regulatory or certification information.
A patent does not by itself establish product performance. Individual pool results and customer experiences should not be represented as universal results.
EVIDENCE LIBRARY
See individual pool configurations, observations and documented outcomes.
Review patents and other approved supporting documents separately from performance evidence.
FAQ
No. A patent documents patented subject matter, but a patent does not by itself establish product performance.
Individual pool test results document specific conditions at a given time and should not be assumed as universal outcomes for all pools.
A routine water-test report documents pool data, date, testing context, and reported values for an individual installation.
No. Customer testimonials represent individual experiences and observations, whereas laboratory testing provides controlled, scope-limited measurement.
Yes, when independent laboratory testing is available and approved for publication, it will be published with full scope and context.
Patent documentation and technical papers can be reviewed in the Patents & Documentation page.
CONSIDERING FUSION44X?
Results from other pools can provide context, but your own pool still needs to be evaluated for compatibility, installation and ongoing care.
Fusion44X distinguishes manufacturer information, patents, customer experiences, field observations, case studies, routine water-test results, independent laboratory testing and regulatory or certification information. A patent does not by itself establish product performance, and individual results should not be treated as universal.
