5. SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Orders placed through Fusion44X.com are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times may vary based on your location and selected service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
It is your responsibility to provide a valid and accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or misdelivered shipments.

5.2 Delivery Confirmation
A shipment is considered delivered once it is marked as such by the carrier. If your tracking number shows the item was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

We are not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery confirmation unless insurance or signature confirmation was selected during checkout.

To be eligible:

Request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
Product must be in functional condition (not damaged, tampered with, or modified)
Proof of purchase and usage (photos or video) may be required
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5.4 Exchanges & Replacements
If your product is damaged upon arrival or shows signs of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Eligible items will be repaired or replaced under our Lifetime Warranty.

5.5 Non-Returnable Items
